CREATE-E:

  1. C - Clear the area, clearing turns as needed
  2. R - Radio calls
  3. E - ESP off
  4. A - Altitude sufficient for maneuver
  5. T - Trim set for start of maneuver
  6. E - Emergency landing spots identified
  7. E - Engine instrumentation, carb heat, cowl flaps
