Required Airworthiness Documents

The following documents must be on board the aircraft to be considered airworthy:

AAirworthiness CertificateDoes not expire if aircraft is maintained in airworthy condition. Must be displayed where passengers can see.91.203
RRegistration CertificateValid for 3 years91.203
RFCC Radio Station LicenseRequired for flights outside the U.S.
OOperating LimitationsAFM/POH, includes required placards and markings91.9
WWeight and Balance information
